Call data, privacy and terms

Straight answers about the calls and your callers.

No small print you need a solicitor to read. If something here isn't clear, message us and ask.

How we handle call data

What gets recorded
The call itself, and a written transcript of it. That's how you can check what was said instead of taking our word for it.
What the caller is told
At the start of the call, that they're speaking to an assistant and that the call is recorded. She says it plainly, not buried in a fast disclaimer.
What we hold about your caller
Their name, their number, the address of the job and what they rang about. Nothing else — no card details, no ID.
Where it's stored
In the EU. The providers we use to place calls and write transcripts are listed in the signed terms.
How long we keep it
The audio for 30 days. The written transcript for 90 days. The job itself — your caller’s number and what they wanted — for 3 years, because that’s the record of work done. After that it is deleted automatically, not on request.
Who it belongs to
Your callers are your customers. You're the controller of that data and we handle it on your instructions. If you leave, you get your call history and we delete our copies.
What we never do with it
Sell it, share it with another trade, or use your calls to sell to your customers.

Privacy

Two different people show up in this section: you, and the customer who rings you. The second one never chose to deal with us, so they get the same care as you do.

If you try the demo
We take your business name and your mobile, build a receptionist for that business, and ring you once. We don't add you to a list, we don't sell it on, and nobody rings you to sell.
When she answers your line
Your caller's name, number, address and what they need — because that is the job you are paying her to take. The call is recorded so you can hear what was actually said, and she tells the caller she is an AI whenever they ask.
How long we keep it
Job details stay while you are a customer, so your own history stays yours. Recordings are kept while they are useful to you and are deleted when you ask. Demo numbers go the same day you ask.
Who else touches it
The companies that make the call happen: a voice provider, a phone network, an AI model that turns the call into a job, a database, and a payment processor for the card. Nobody else, and none of them get it to sell.
Where it lives
Our own records are held in the EU. Some of the providers above are outside it, so a call can pass through their systems to reach you — ask us and we'll tell you exactly which and where.
Your rights, and your caller's
Ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it or delete it. One message does it and it costs nothing. If a caller asks you the same, send them to us and we'll handle it.
If we get it wrong
Tell us first — we would rather fix it than argue. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission, who regulate this in Ireland, at dataprotection.ie.
The website itself
One advertising tracker, the Meta pixel, and only if you accept it — it tells us whether our ads are bringing anyone here. Say no and it never loads. The Cookies link in the footer changes your answer either way, and the sample dashboards we show during a demo carry no tracking at all.

Terms, in plain words

The price
The figures on your quote: a setup fee and a monthly, agreed with you before anything is built. Nothing per call, nothing per minute.
Month one
Your setup fee and first month are charged when you go ahead; your monthly runs from that day.
No contract
Cancel any time, no notice period, no exit fee. You stop paying from the next month.
What she will never do
Quote a price, promise an arrival time, or claim a certification on your behalf. In any trade.
If she gets something wrong
Tell us and we change it the same day. Every call is recorded so we can both hear what happened.
She is not an emergency service
If there's a smell of gas, ring Gas Networks Ireland on 1800 20 50 50. If there's danger from electricity, ring ESB Networks on 1800 372 999. If anyone is at risk, ring 999 or 112. She takes jobs; she does not attend them.

This page is the plain-English version. The full terms, privacy notice and cookie policy say the same things in longer words, and are what applies if the two ever disagree.
